Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I have been working for a man by the name of David Ovitt. He employed me and three other men to travel out of state and build three seperate resturants. We have worked 207hrs. in 17 days. We have yet to recieve payment for our services. No perdiem, no gas, and certainly no overtime. On top of that the hotel that he set us up in is threating to sue me because the credit card # he gave them was not his. Is there anything I can do? I don't have enough money to even leave my yard to find another job.

You could sue the guy David Ovitt, does he have any assets or money? If he does, than you might be able to find an attorney who would take it on contingency. For more information check out my employee rights blog www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com or my web site www.behrenlaw.com.
