Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Hello Judge

Well this is my question I have a roommate that we never shared a contract but we have one verbally i make payments to her on a monthly basis 1st of each month. When i did the interview with her she had stated that I would have my own bathroom, and bedroom and she hers but mines is in the general area. I knew that but since she had said. it is only me and you here -it meant that i had my private bath. ok I had never used the washer, stove or entertained anyone like she does everyday someone is over there mostly her 27 year old and 32 year old and her friends on the weekend. On the one occasion that i did wash my clothes with was Jan 23, 2010 after living there for 2.5 months she now put clothing clean or dirty in the wsher with no water in it. She then proceeded to turn the breaker for the washer off thinking that i would not know what to do to make the washer work. she even turns off the water heater for no reason well just so that the water will be cold when i go to use it. She had told me when i went there that i could have a cat got one signed a contract with the organization. she claimed the cat had ticks so right now he is at one of there shelters cause of the way she acts with the cat he is always running off when he see her-sometime i think he will run into something so i had to find a safe heaven for him. When i also when there with her tell me that i would be there for as long as i need be the room needed renevations and since she said that the Land lord was always never doing anything that I could paint the room, fixed the toilet in the bathroom, put closet doors on and put carpeting on the floor cause her family that had lived there before had the place in ruins. so i invested funds in this place that she now wants me to share a bathroom with her son who has aids and was diagnosed with Cancer and she was to say to me on Feb 1, 2010 that she will only be paying me for the rug and that her son has to live there. i need some place to live now because i dont want to by chance walk into the bathroom while i am look for some place to live and sit in his blood or what ever since the bathroom will be right between us. How can i sue her and what acts should i take and what stautes should I know about to bring justice to my life.

I await your response to this matter.
