Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in an apartment complex which is managed by a management company. The management company has an on-premises representative in the front office.

I moved into an apartment at this complex but was not given a mailbox key at move-in. As the agent advised they will get a key for me. Now 5 weeks later I still do not have a key after 4 more requests...each time a different reason. The last reason being "we'll be changing all the locks on the mailboxes and the new keys are on order.

What legal standing do I have for moving out and what is the Florida Statute for reference?

I doubt that you would win a termination on your lease. Suck it up and go rent a mail box in one of those places that have them. Forget these people as they are not going to do anything to help you and it only raises your blood pressure. Calm down, life is too short.

Your lease control and I doubt not getting a mailbox key is going to be a basis for terminating the lease.
