Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

We currently live in an apartment. We are extremely unhappy because of a series of things that we have gone through with this apartment complex. To start off before we moved in we asked if these buildings were infected with roaches they told us no, which is a lie since we have seen several roaches. Second problem we asked them was about the walls. We asked if we could hear our neighbors. Then told us that we will have no problem. Our neighbors are rude and we even were cursed through the wall,. The walls are so thin that we got a series of complaints from our neighbor. The office manager called us a few times about coming in and speaking with her about complaints, we did so. The landlord wanted us to write a letter of complaint about our neighbor that would be used in court. We did it, no problem, now we find out that they want us to appear in court and help with vacating her off the property. We work too hard to deal with all of this, what could we do? We would like to have the lease broken with no strings attached. Please contact us as soon as possible thanks.

I would have to see your lease, but if the lease states that you are entitled to quiet enjoyment, which it probably does, then the lease may be able to be broken since they are in breach.
