Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I'm living in a house where my landlord is renting the house from the home owner. I rent on a weekly basis but don't have a contract with my landlord. My landlord is telling me to leave. Is he allowed to just kick me out?

yes, he has to give you 7 days notice, but your oral lease can then end.
