Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
we pay rent on a parking space in an open lot and our vehicle was vandalized - does the owner that we rent from liable to replace the stolen parts. It is not posted any where that she is not responsible and there is nothing in writing stating the same either. We are in Florida

Unless the owner did something negligent they would not be responsible for the loss.
