Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have been subleasing where I live and the landlord is loosing the house in a foreclosure due to accumulated assoc. fees. Am I still obligated to pay the rent even though he is loosing the house for not paying the mortgage nor the assoc. dues?

yes. As long as you live there, you owe rent.
