I am a tennant in a home that has got servied for the landlord for not paying her home and the home is going into forcloser. As a tennant what are my rights from the date we moved in feb 5 she already knew she was behind almost 2 grand on feb 1 and we gave her 2 grand to move in her april 18th i get severed as john doe should i countilly pay her even though i have a risk of haveing to move out bc of the bank taken the house back

If you have a lease - continue to pay because she can sue you for non payment. If the foreclosure goes through the bank will contact you as to remaining on the property and then who you will be paying.
