Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

me and my wife are selling our house to her mother . we have signed a rent and option to buy agreement. the agreement is to pay $400 a month. well so far we have only recieved $190 . they still owe $610 and at the end of the month another $400 will be owed . now we would like them to get out . what is the proper way to advict them.

You have to follow the procedure outlined in Florida Statutes to properly evict them. First, you have to serve them with a sufficient written notice, using the language outlined in the Statutes.
