Re: is owner liable for realtor fall thru ceiling?

What caused the fall, i.e., was there a construction defect, or was the area unsafe, and the owner knew it without warning you? More facts are needed to determine whether you have a viable case or not. A fall, without someone else's negligence, is not going to result in a case for you, but a fall caused by someone else's negligence is another story. Please reply with some facts.
