contractor stole money and did mot finish house

contractor stole personal money in the amount of $30,000 and loan from bank to pay subs in the amount of $200,000. subs were never paid, now they have leins against us! bank is bank of america, they say they are not responsible. want to press charges against contractor and find out the steps we need to take to get our house finished. also to sue for damages

1.. File a complaint with police and Tallahassee.

2. If contractor is still in businss you should start a lawsuit immediately.
