Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My house was in foreclosure for almost a year. I have not heard anything from bank. My house was sold and is now owned by new people, and is recorded as sold in local records. While checking my credit report, I see that it is listed as a charge off. Not a foreclosure. What does this mean? Was it not foreclosed on? Am I responsible for this debt? Do I have to pay taxes on this?
