Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I purchased a home with a partner. I put in about $50k. He put in nothing but a little bit of time. The mortgage is in Bob's name. He quit deeded the property into the LLC. Can Bob quit deed the property back into his name or sell it without my signature? I am concerned that Bob will sell it to get out of the bad deal and leave me high and dry as we have no formal written agreement.

Bob probably violated his mortgage when he transferred ownership. Your answer depends on who can sign for the LLC. File a lis pendens.
