Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Have rental lease for another 90 days but have bought a house and am moving out before lease expires. Asked landlord via email prior to looking for a house how much notice is required and was told 30 days. Now landlord asking for full fulfillment of lease. Am I liable to complete the original lease terms or does landlords written notice of 30 days apply?

Your original lease and its terms control. The response to your inquiry about notice to move out would not rise to the level of a novation, or change, to the contract unless it is supported by some consideration. More details would be needed to assess it. From these bare facts, i would say you are on the hook still.
