Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I feel like I am getting screwed. I was pulled over and given 3 tickets. Exp. Tags, Insurance display (cop would not accept my geiko on my phone) and lic plate light out. I went to pay my tickets and found out almost a year later that my license was expired. I moved and never got the notices. I proved to the cop that I paid all my tickets, and he let me go.

I now found out that I missed a court date due to my car breaking down in rush hour traffic, but they didnt seem to care about that. I had to pay 513.00 for a bond. I am being charged with FTA DWLSR W/KNOWLEDGE. Honestly, this is extreme bullshit. I have paid close to 1000.00 already and fear I will be going to jail and pay more fines come tomorrow morning. Please help.

Yes, what they did was wrong. However, the question now is how to deal with it. I know you've spent a lot of money, but it would be in your best interest to hire an attorney in your area, who may be able to get some of these tickets removed or amended.
