Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Can you change a legal description on a Deed as personal representative, after the decedent dies? If that property is mortgaged by a banker, is the banker allowed to give up that mortgaged land, and give that land over for the PR to do a corrective Deed?

A corrective deed or document can be filed. You need an attorney to get it done correctly. I don't understand the banker question.
