Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Legality of a will if made out in Florida and then move to Massachusetts

I would like to know if the will I had drawn up in Florida when I lived there, is still legal now that I have moved to Massachusetts. Property is involved in both states.

A will drawn in a state in which you reside is probably legal in all 50 states. However, since laws change from state to state, it may be a very bad idea to rely upon an out of state will. I suggest that you have an attorney review the will to see if a new will should be executed.
