workers comp injury 09/2006

last treated in June of 2007, having more problems related to injury, will i be able to see a dr. under this workers comp claim?

Main statute of limitations ended on day of accident in 2008- 2years. After that you have to get medical care or indemnity benefits at least once a year. June 07 to June 08. Then nothing to May 09. Not a good scenario. I suggest you contact a workers' comp lawyer, tomorrow.
