clear my record
i have one mark against me, how do i clear that off my record. about 6 years old

Two possibilities -- 1) apply to have the record expunged, or 2) apply for a pardon. Neither is a given. In other words, you do not have a right to either. You do, however, have a right to ask. Is the one mark a felony or misdemenor?
