Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My son's teacher allegedly abused my nonverbal, special needs son and was reported to crimes against children and was removed from the school. I want to know what happened (I heard there was a video of the incident) and where to go from here...should a get a lawyer?

I was a teacher/instructor for about 20+, in the aggregate(HS, College, USMC, etc), before becoming a lawyer and I have dealt with cases relating to GA school systems before
