Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have abandonment charges on my children's biological father but I also want to get divorced. He is no longer living in GA and refuses to come to get divorced how can I get divorced and keep from having to pay out alot on an attorney and court costs?

you can go on the countys website and pull up the superior court page. There are forms online (usually) that you can print and file your divorce pro-se. Also, if he has moved and you don't know how to locate him, do a notice by publication and have it run through the paper for the alloted time. When he doesn't respond, you get a divorce by default.
