Back pay child support

How do I go about collecting back pay child support, getting insurance on my child, and an insurance policy making me benficiary all request are listed as a have to in divorce decree. Divorce was finalized on March 17, 2000.

If these items were all spelled out in the final divorce decree, you will need to file a motion for contempt against him. I would suggest you use a qualified attorney to do this for you.

Collection efforts via garnishment or otherwise is one way of getting support paid.

Contempt of court is the only means I am aware of to obtain compliance with the insurance requirement and can also be used to get back support.
