Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a child and his father now has visitation. He just recently moved into a poorly kept up house. I want to have his place inspected before my son stays over. How can I go about doing this?

You may need to contact your prior attorney or hire another one to petition for a guardian at litem. The appointed person will visit both homes and decide what is healthy or not.
