Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If the primary father enlists in the reserves, and has to leave for training, for a two weeks period, is it in his legal rights to leave the child with stepmother verses the secondary custodian, the mother, who wants the child?

Look at your divorce decree. No one here has seen your papers so we can't answer you. Surely you hired an attorney for the custody dispute. Right?

He has to do what the divorce decree says. If you do not understand the decree, he should call the attorney who represented him (certainly he did not do a custody case without counsel).
