Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My wife and I have joint legal guardianship of our grandaughter with her biological father. He is court ordered to provide health insurance for her. when my wife took our grandaughter to the doctor thrusday we were told the insurance was "In Active". what can I do about this? Is this something I can take him to court about? I can't get insurance on her because we are not the primary custodians.

That would depend on the language of the court order, which no one here as seen. I would assume that you did not seek guardianship without counsel, so the best thing to do would be for you to call the lawyer who handled that for you and seek his assistance with enforcement.
