Can a Class Action Suit be filed for discrimination based on race, sex and ada, against a corporation by a group of maybe 5 to 6 people to start with?

Thank You

Re: Class Action Suit

It is possible, in some circumstances, to file class actions for these discrimination claims. However, it has recently become more difficult to obtain class certification for discrimination claims. You would have to show some significantly similar circumstances for the affected employees, and even then, it is doubtful that you could obtain class certification for more than one type of discrimination. If there are a number of employees who think that they were victims of discrimination, they should each individually file claims with the EEOC.
