Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

My wife works for a dental office as a salaried office administrator. Recently during the Atlanta snowstorms, the office was closed for two days. Her employer has docked her pay for these two days. She missed a third day as well due to the office manager telling her not to come in if it was dangerous to do so, which it was. Can the dentist legally dock salaried employees for inclement weather? Secondly, can her pay be docked by missing the third day at the advice of the office manager?
