Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My home's mortgage loan is in my father's name. The mortgage was obtained 16 years ago and my father has never lived in the home but I have lived there the entire time with the exception of the past five months. Due to my home requiring extensive repairs, I have been living between his physical residence and mine for 5 months. I receive mail at both addresses. He gave permission to my daughter and my sister in law, neither live there, to enter my home without my knowledge or consent. He is telling me that he had the right to do so, but I believe it's a violation of my right to privacy. Am I right in thinking that? Or does he have the right to enter my home, or send someone else to do so, without my knowledge or consent?

You left out basic necessary info to answer you, so you'll need to post a reply with basic info. Whose name is the home in (the loan MAY be the same, but it may not be). And if you're not on the deed, what sort of paperwork do you have with him (lease, etc)?
