notice of intent to dismiss

I just recieved this notice. I filed for divorce in march and was ordered into medation. after coming to an agreement with my via telephone confercing with medator, my ex waited untill now to send her notarised copy back so i could file it with my signature on it, what forms do i need to keep the case alive now that i have all the paperwork asked for by the judge?

Re: notice of intent to dismiss

If this was a six month notice to dismiss by the court you must file an affidavit stating why there has been no action on the case for the six months and what you will be doing immediately to continue the case. Generally the court will then allow you to continue the case.
