Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois

I have traffic ticket for driving on a expired lic. in IL. I was wonder what was the usually fine given for that.

Nothing is "usual". It can be anywhere from a fine to jail time. If this was just something you "forgot".... and you're driving record is otherwise "clean" you can try to renew prior to your court date and then it may be a non-issue but for court costs and a minor slap on the wrist. If you are a young driver you'd probably like to avoid a conviction and if need be you would want some relief, otherwise your insurance rates can jump. Bringing a lawyer with you may save you more ultimately in costs, insurance and the like than you can imagine......
