My mom co sign for her grandson and he didn't pay back all the loan it now 7000 my mom was working at the time than she had a stoke and now is on disability and she get a pension.the want her to plea guilty and pay she don't have that kind of money. can the make her ? can the get her pension?

If Ill orIowa, social security disability is exempt from attachment, but she may want to file bky ch 7 just to keep creditor and subsequent harrasing collection agency from dragging her into court numerous times
