Money cheating
My former Employer borrowed $10000 from me for an urgent expense & now he is not paying the sum.Later i got a cheque for the same & now the cheque is bounced.Currently both of us is in IL .Kindly let me know how to get back my amount

Sue him on the check, you are entitled to additional damages and attorneys fees

You will have to sue him. Do it soon. If he is bouncing checks to his employees, he's probably not paying other creditors either.
