Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I received a letter saying it was a motion to set aside installment order. I have not been able to make my monthly payments to this collection company. It says the plaintiff prays that this installment order be vacated with the judgment to stand. What does this mean?

It means you did not honor your agreement and that under your prior agreement, they are entitled to a judgment against you for the unpaid amount. Red the paper you signed. That is what is says. You may appear and ask to catch up. If you can't catch up, tjey are entitled to a judgment against you.
