wrongful death
My son that was 22, was killed in this woman house by someone, who is in jail now, I was wondering if I could suit her home insurance, and suit the guy.

Yes, I would recommend filing suit against the homeowner as well as individual.

Would need more facts to give you a good answer. Was the death intentional or by accident. Did the woman know that there would be an attack?
