drivers license reinstated

convictions: 1977,1979,2000. 21 years from 2nd to 3rd conviction. 31 years from 1st conviction to present date. would I have a chance to being reinstated? P.S. 1979 was in Wisconsin.

I think that the "magic" would be your last Illinois conviction, the disposition of which is important. That said, I think that your chances of getting a new license is good.
