Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband is a Second Lieutenant in the Army Reserves but also holds a full-time civilian position with the DOD that requires him to be active military personnel to hold the position. We are separated and I have been informed that military spousal support is 30%, but need to clarify if the 30% only pertains to his USAR pay or both the DOD and USAR pay?
