My wife and I are living apart and I am concerned that she will use my personal information to make business transactions. How can I protect myself?

Hello. I suggests that you file for legal separation. Once this is done, the court will have jurisdiction over your personal matters and will make a determination as to whom will be responsible for what bill. A judgment of legal separation, properly prepared, will protect you from any identify theft by your wife.
