Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois
If I complained over and over to my Doctor and the emergency center in his office building that I was having chest pains and they wrote it off that I had a upper respiratory infection,and then I had 2 strokes, would that be medical negligence? If so where do I start to get help for that?
