Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

On 12/02/09, I received a corder (COMPLAINT TO FORECLOSE MORTGAGE) issured by the WIl County Circuit Court. On 12/23/09, I filed a form ( General Appearance) with the court. Currently, with the help of NACA, I'm processing my request for a mortgage loan modification. As of today's date, no sale or auction date has been set. My question is, what happen next?

If you only filed a general appearance with no answer, then the mortgage company will file for a summary judgment to foreclose on your house usually within 30 after the summons ends.
