Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I am losing my home, haven't paid the mortgage in a very long time. Home Owner Association is now coming after me, I have tried to pay as much as i can with my unemployment. Owe them over a $1000. I hear that they can foreclose faster then the Bank, its winter and i would like to post pone the Foreclosure till after winter, is that possible?

By using the normal court process you should be there at least until March.
