Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I live in Illinois, and my commercial 6-unit property was recently foreclosed on my property. The lender took the property to sale without notifying me, listed the property as a single family home: indicated I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in 2006, and I actually filed a Chapter 7 in October of 2010, listed an incorrect phone number, for me although they had the correct phone number, and lastly have filed 5 motions to be heard in one day. They were just in court on Feb 8, filed additional motions on February 24, and are scheduled to be in court again on March 10. They have not notified me of any of these proceedings, although they state "proof of Service Filed."
