What can be done, if a sexual harrassment complaint was filed with the employer, but due to ''no visual'' evidence the case is being dropped. Complaints came from two people and witnesses have also been identified.

At this point, there are several options. First, the victim can pursue the informal complaint with the employer, by urging the employer to take the complaint more seriously. Second, the victim can hire an attorney, who can informally pursue the complaint with the employer. Third, the victim can file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
