Estate distributions

Aunt died over 3 years ago, portion of estate (stocks) distributed among 7 heirs, 14 mos. after death. Cash not yet distributed due to contesting by one heir the tax liability paid by the whole estate rather than based on the distribution. What can I do to expedite remaining distribution?

Usually when a beneficiary is challenging or questioning something, a prudent executor is going to be very cautious in making distributions. You may need to wait until the contested issues are settled or decided.
