a house was left in trust to my two siblings and me. my brother moved in and i have no access to use it.i want out of the trust and just want my share of the money. they will not buy me out. can i sell my share to the bank?how do i get it

If it is an Illinois Land trust you have a big problem.

You need to talk to a lawyer right away. He can live there forever for free.
