Online posting Liability
If someone posts some information about lets say a company in india( talking in indian context only), & that information affects the companies reputaion in someway. Does the website displaying the report have any liability?? Can that website be sued by the company for displaying the report posted by any person??

If there any damages caused then person and the website can be sued in the court of law.
