Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have married on 13nov 2011 after marriage she is staying with my parents house where i am working in another city after 3 month she came to my house where i am working. for few months we are very happy with out any disputes. In the month of july she got abortion and i admitted in hosptial and informed to her parents also came to hosptial and her parents took her to her aunt house where her aunt is also staying in the same city where i am working. after two days my wife nor her parents nor her aunt not informed that she is leaving to her home town either in phone nor through mail and she put a mail that she want to discuss some issue with me in phone. so please help me in this issue.
