I have taken a flat with sanctaning loan from lichf . after 7years icici bank published symbolic possesion notice in daily news papers for other broweer name for same flat . here my question is what will be my action.

First intimate to LICHF that the flat mortgaged to them is claimed illegally by a third party.
Go to DRT under SERFESI Act and joint LICHF as a party in the same and seek necessary reliefs. Contact a local lawyer practicing in DRT; to initiate legal action.
