Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir
My Father was a State Government Servent in Assam in a School . He dies in 1980 with my mother in an accident. Recent i got the information on net that we the childrens are also eligible for pension .
Our file was not submitted for pension claim by the school authorities tilldate. Can we do something legally against the school . i have approached the Inspector of Schools also but not so much result yet.

Issue notice through a lawyer to the Inspector of School and await any reply. Thereafter take legal action.
