Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello Sir/madam,

I am working with a IT training firm in India (New Delhi) and after 1 year of my job they asked me to sign a contract for the HP-UX training and certification which they were planning to sponsor me for. The contract says that "This contract starts from the date of signing and ends after one year after taking the first batch of HP-UX" but this contract never says that when the training will be provided or what if no training is provided (my manager verbally promised me that training will be conducted within 3 months). I signed that contract and they started paying me 5% increase in my salary which they promised for all the employees signing the contract. They did provided me a RedHat cluster training for rupees 80,000 (which is cheaper and different then what was mentioned on the contract) after 6 months but without mentioning anything about contract. Now after 8 months from the contract signing date, when I am planning to leave the company, they are saying that I have to pay them 350,000 rupees for breaking the contract and 80,000 for the RedHat training provided to me. I can also send you a soft copy of the contract which I signed. Please look into this.

I will be thankful.
