Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I am licencor, licensee refuse to vacate my premises after expiry of license period. Is there any scope to occupy the same at my case ? he has send money order as rent for the period beyond license period. Could I accept the same without any prejudice to my right and contention. If not what to do now ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please do the following :

01. Do not accept the Money Order and ask the Licensee to immediately evict himself from your premises as he has no locus standi in the eyes of the Law.

02. Lodge a Police complaint in the local Police Station for unauthorized trespass against the Licensee. Request the Police to immediately evict the Licensee from your premises.

03. Should action in 01 and 02 above fail, then file a suit for possession.
